Baby Shower Games - How to Make Baby Shower Bingo Cards
I have probably played Baby Shower Bingo at more baby showers than any other game. Here's a way to make your very own Baby Shower Bingo cards.
First, start a new document in your word processor (i.e. Microsoft Word). You can add a title, like "Baby Shower Bingo." Next add a table with 6 rows and 5 columns. Think of what a Bingo card looks like. The letter B goes in the first column, I into the next, then N, then G, then O in the last column. Alternatively, you could use the word Stork instead of Bingo.
Add the word "Free Space" in the center block. For the other blocks you can whether leave them blank and let the guests write down in the squares the gifts that they think will be opened later. When one of those gifts is opened, the guest marks that spot. Whoever gets 5 marks in a row wins.
Instead of leaving the card blank, you could fill in the spaces ahead of time. To do this, make a copy of your blank Bingo card for each guest by copying and pasting the whole table multiple times (one per page). Next select 24 baby gift words. Take the first word and paste it one time on each Bingo card, manufacture sure to post it in a dissimilar square on each card. Then take the next word and fill it in once on each card, again manufacture sure to put it in dissimilar squares. Fill in the remaining squares on each card similarly. When you're done, each Bingo card will be filled in and each one will be completely dissimilar from the others.
Some suggestions for baby shower gifts consist of blanket, bath toys, booties, socks, hat, clothes, diapers, baby powder, lotion, rattle, bottles, pacifier, etc.
To play the game, give each guest a game card and have them mark off the gift that is opened by the Mother-to-Be. Whoever gets 5 marks in a row wins.
